About us

Welcome to the website of the Wallasey branch of the Labour Party.

This is the Wallasey branch of the Labour Party. We are one of the branches that makes up the Wallasey Constituency Labour Party (CLP).

The Branch is bordered to the North by the Coast. To the East by Mount Road, Mount Pleasant Road and Seaview Road. To the South by Wallasey Road, going down to St Hilary Brow and continuing down Wallacre Road to Mosslands school. To the West by the A554/ North Wallasey Approach Road (oh, the romance of names, sigh).

We meet at 7.30pm, usually on the first Tuesday of the month, at Oldershaw Rugby Club, Belvidere Rd, Wallasey CH45 4RY  and every Labour Party member who lives in the area covered by the branch is welcome to come along. Details of future meetings will be posted on our meetings page and on Facebook.

By the way – the geography can be a bit confusing! Although we are the Wallasey branch, neighbouring branches, like New Brighton, also cover some parts of Wallasey.

We would love to have you come to our meetings, but we have to make sure that you live within the area that we cover, which we describe at the top of the page. So if you contact us because you want to get involved we’ll be very happy! – but we will also have to check with you as to where you live and if it turns out that you are part of a different branch then we will make sure that you know how to get in touch with them.

If you are interested in coming to a meeting and want more information complete the form below or email our Branch Secretary, Lynette Rose at labourwallaseybranch@gmail.com

We work with and support our local MP, Angela Eagle and the Constituency Labour Party and are committed to working for the people of Wallasey and securing the election of  Labour councillors.

Want to know more about the Wallasey branch? Want to get involved? Have something you want to tell us about? Complete the form below and we will get in touch.
